Rescue from heights at the end of a line
CFS brigades across the state may be called to assist other services including SA State Emergency Service and SA Metroplitan Fire Serivce and SA Police with 'rope rescues', which is any incident requiring specialist climbing and rescue tools. The brigades will respond to areas such as cliffs, wells and caves and in some areas, multi storey complexes (such as silos).
