The Angaston CFS Group officially launched its upgraded IMT facility, with a dinner held in October.

The facility, based at the Angaston CFS Station, which also houses the Angaston CFS Group Control Centre, has been built as a major incident control centre. The facility provides a suitable location, and set up for an Incident Management Team to work from, in the event of a major incident occurring in the surrounding area.

The IMT facility includes a 10 networked computers, a layout which
provides a good working area for Incident Management teams, and an
ability to expand the area utilised, at short notice.

The project was initiated by the Angaston Group, who have a focus on
Incident Management.

The project was assisted by local businesses - Trinity College, Pernod Ricard Pacific, Country Phone & Data and Anchor Foods.
