34P for Virginia
Submitted On Monday, July 14, 2025
Submitted By Pip

Virginia took delivery of a re-allocated 34P on Monday.

The new Virginia A34P is based on a 2007 Isuzu FTS750 crew chassis, is 4 x 4 and carries 3000 litres of water.

Built by Varley, it is fitted with a Deutz BF4L2011 motor / Gaam Mk450 pump.

It includes additional safety features to protect firefighters, including a halo system (water deluge system) and an in-cab breathing system.

It was previously based at Region 2 HQ.

It replaces the existing 5 year old Isuzu based Virginia 44, which will be re-allocated to another brigade.
