34P for Kingscote

Kingscote took delivery of a re-allocated 34P today. The new Kingscote 34P is based on a 2007 Isuzu FTS750 crew chassis, is 4 x 4 and carries 3000 litres of water. Built by Varley, it is fitted with a Deutz BF4L2011 motor / Gaam Mk450 pump. It includes additional safety features to protect firefighters, including a halo system (water deluge system) and an in-cab breathing system. It was previously based at Cummins. It replaces the existing 22 year old Isuzu based Kingscote 24P, which will be sent for disposal. Thanks Andrew Hogg for the photo.
