Refurbished 34 for Alford

Alford took delivery of a refurbished 34 this evening. The new Alford 34 is based on a 2011 Isuzu FTS800 crew chassis, is 4 x 4 and carries 3000 litres of water. Built by Fraser Fire and Rescue, it is fitted with a Deutz BF4L2011 motor / Gaam Mk450 pump. It comes fitted with Hella Rally 4000 LED driving lights and an Engel fridge, and equipped with a Stihl chainsaw. It was previously based at Crystal Brook. It replaces the existing 26 year old Hino based Alford 34, which will be assessed for ongoing operational use.
