QRV for Western Districts

Western Districts took delivery of a refurbished QRV at the end of February. The new Western Districts QRV is based on a 2008 Nissan Patrol chassis, is 4 x 4 and carries around 550 litres of water. Built by Bell Environmental, it is fitted with a Hatz IB40 motor / Gaam Mk70 pump. It replaces the existing Mitsbishi based Western Districts 14, which will be assessed for sending to another brigade.
