Refurbished 34 for Yundi

Yundi took delivery of a refurbished 34 last night. The new Yundi 34 is based on a 2011 Isuzu FTS800 Crew chassis, is 4 x 4 and carries 3000 litres of water. Built by SEM Fire & Rescue it is fitted with a Hatz 4L41C motor / Gaam Mk450 pump. It includes additional safety features to protect firefighters, including a halo system (water deluge system) and an in-cab breathing system. It comes fitted with an LED light bar and an Engel fridge, and equipped with a Stihl chainsaw. It was previously based at Lower Inman Valley It replaces the existing 21 year old Isuzu based 34, which will be refurbished and sent to another brigade. Thanks Dean Norman for the photo.
