34P for Ridley Group

Ridley Group took delivery of a 34P last night. The new Ridley 34P is based on a 2008 Isuzu FTS800, is 4 x 4 and carries 3000 litres of water. Built by Varley, it is fitted with a Deutz BF4L2011 motor / Darley HE500 pump. It comes equipped with four breathing apparatus (BA) sets. It includes additional safety features to protect firefighters, including a halo system (water deluge system) and an in-cab breathing system. It is an addition to the Ridley Group fleet, and will be based at Cambrai Station. Thanks Region 3 HQ for the photo.
