New 14 for STC

CFS State Training Centre took delivery of a new 14 yesterday. The new STC 14 is based on a 2024 Isuzu NPS 75-155, is 4 x 4 and carries 1000 litres of water. Built by Moore Engineering it is fitted with an Isuzu 3CA1-AZPO1 motor / Darley 1.5 AGE pump. It includes additional safety features to protect firefighters, including a halo system (water deluge system) and an in-cab breathing system. It comes fitted with an LED light bar and an Engel fridge, and equipped with a Milwaulkee chainsaw. It replaces the existing 4 year old Isuzu based 14, which will be sent to another brigade.
