Region 2 Cadet Field Day - 24th May

Around 150 cadets & cadet leaders from across Region 2 (which includes the Northern parts of the Mt Lofty Ranges, Yorke Peninsula & Mid North) descended on Gumeracha Oval for the biennial Region 2 Cadet Field day. Cadets took part in a range of activities including use of extinguishers (with live fire!), draughting & burn over drills, patient lifts, running grass fires, forestry hose drills, Hazmat familiarisation and familiarisation of another emergency services, including SES and SA Police. The rain did not dampen the enthusiasm of the cadets! We will sort the 2000 or so photos we took and will upload them to this website in the next week or so!
