Submitted By Pip

Murray Bridge took delivery of a refurbished 34P last night.

The new Murray Bridge 34P is based on a 2016 Isuzu FTS800 crew chassis, is 4 x 4 and carries 3000 litres of water.

Built by Fraser Fire, it is fitted with a Deutz BF4L2011W motor / Darley HE500 pump.

It includes additional safety features to protect firefighters, including a halo system (water deluge system) and an in-cab breathing system.

It was previously based at the Mannum.

It replaces the existing 18 year old Isuzu based Murray Bridge 34P which will sent to another brigade.
