Hindmarsh Valley took delivery of a re-allocated 34P today.

The new Hindmarsh Valley 34P is based on a 2020 Isuzu FTS 139-260 crew chassis, is 4 x 4 and carries 3000 litres of water.

Built by Fraser Fire and Rescue, it is fitted with a Deutz BF4L2011W motor / Darley HE500 pump.

It includes additional safety features to protect firefighters, including a halo system (water deluge system) and an in-cab breathing system.

It was previously based at the CSF State Training Centre

It replaces the existing 14 year old Isuzu based Hindmarsh Valley B34, which will be refurbished and sent to another brigade.

Thanks Dean Norman for the photo.
