34P for Lucindale

Lucindale took delivery of a refurbished 34P tonight. The new Lucindale 34P is based on a 2016 Isuzu FTS800 crew chassis, is 4 x 4 and carries 3000 litres of water. Built by Fraser Fire and Rescue, it is fitted with a Deutz BF4L2011W motor / Darley HE500 pump. It includes additional safety features to protect firefighters, including a halo system (water deluge system) and an in-cab breathing system. It was previously based at Hamley Bridge. It replaces the existing 22 year old Isuzu based Lucindale 24P, which will be sent to another brigade. Thanks Dean Norman for the photo.
