New 14 for Upper Sturt

Upper Sturt took delivery of a new 14 tonight. The new Upper Sturt 14 is based on an Isuzu NPS 75-155 crew chassis, is 4 x 4 and carries 1550 litres of water. Built by Moore Engineering it is fitted with an Isuzu HM24 motor / Darley 1.5 AGE pump. It comes fitted with driving lights and Engel fridge, and equipped with a Stihl chainsaw. It replaces the existing 22 year old Mitsubishi based Upper Sturt 14, which will be sent to salvage.
