McCallum took delivery of a refurbished 24 today.

The new McCallum 24 is based on a 2010 Isuzu FSS550 chassis, is 4 x 4 and carries around 2400 litres of water.

Built by Moore Engineering, it is fitted with a Kubota D722 motor / Darley 1.5 AGE pump.

It comes fitted with driving lights and an Engel fridge, and equipped with a Stihl chainsaw and an ultra high pressure foam system.

It was previously based at Stirling.

It replaces the existing 30 year old Hino based McCallum 24, which will be sent to salvage.
