Sceale Bay took delivery of a refurbished 34 yesterday. The new Sceale Bay 34 is based on a 2009 Isuzu FTS800 Crew chassis, is 4 x 4 and carries 3000 litres of water. Built by Moore Engineering, it is fitted with a Deutz BF4L2011 motor / Gaam Mk450 pump. It was previously based at Paracombe. It replaces the existing 24 year old Hino based Sceale Bay 24P, which will be assessed for ongoing operational use.
