Operational Support Members

Operational Support members, previously known as Auxilliary members, provide background support for firefighters in such roles as:

• Radio and emergency phone operators
• Incident Management Team members
• Catering
• Logistics
• Peer and Family Support
• Stress Prevention and Management teams
• Fundraising
• Child Minding

These Operational Support members provide assistance when nessesary at any time of the day, and with the local community's help are there for the operational members attending incidents. After all, the CFS is made up of Community members helping other Community members in need.
