After the Royal Show, the next major event was Leisure Day in the Park, followed by a five day trip to Kangaroo Island.Four members headed across on the ferry with the Pantech - Nick, Simon, Grant & Pip. The crew visited every school on the island, and demonstrated to all of the students what the CFS was about. The result of the trip was over 20 new members for the brigades on the Island (including lots of cadets!) |
