Refurbished 34 for Murdinga

Murdinga took delivery of a refurbished 34 earlier this week. The new Murdinga 34 is based on a 2011 Isuzu FTS800 crew chassis, is 4 x 4 and carries 3000 litres of water. Built by Fraser Fire and Rescue, it is fitted with a Deutz BF4L2011 motor / Gaam Mk450 pump. It comes fitted with driving lights and an Engel fridge, and equipped with a Stihl chainsaw. It was previously based at Cherry Gardens. It replaces the existing 28 year old Hino based Murdinga 24, which will be sent to salvage.
