Heavy Pumper
A Heavy Pumper appliance carries approximately 2000 litres of water and is a two wheel drive vehicle. It has a Pumping capacity of 3785 lpm (1000 gpm) or more. A Pumper appliance is suitable for flat or undulating terrain conditions, such as built up suburban areas and is suitable for combating structure fires as well as grass, scrub and bushfires. A Pumper appliance may also used at Hazardous Materials spills and Road Crashes to provide Equipment and Water.
