Resources Unit
Using the Australasian Inter-service Incident Management System (AIIMS)

The Resources Unit gathers and maintains information about the resources at the incident.

The Unit needs to have an understanding about which people, vehicle and equipment are at the incident and where they are, and their status - for example, enroute, allocated to a sector, resting, undergoing repairsetc.

The Resources Unit is also involved with the demobilisation of the incident, ie, getting everything home.
