Communications Support Unit
Using the Australasian Inter-service Incident Management System (AIIMS)

The Communications Support Unit provides input to the aquisition, installation and maintenance of communications equipment used at incidents. It will provide the technical advice and equipment placement for communications such as radio, telephone and Information Technology.

The Unit will provide charging facilities for batteries, repairs to radios and other related equipment as well as setting up repeater radios if required.
