An Ash Wednesday Memorial service will be held at Naracoorte on Sunday 16th Febreuary at 10.00 a.m. The service, at the CFS Region 5 Headquarters at 46 Smith St, will honor the Ash Wednesday II victims, and all SACFS volunteers who have lost their lives in the line of duty. A special plaque will be dedicated to the volunteer firefighters who have died in action while serving in the SACFS between 1979 and 1994.
