New CFS Group formed - Chaffey Group

The Chaffey CFS group has been formed from the merger of Loxton and Upper Riverland Groups.
The new Group base will be housed in a joint SES/CFS station in Berri. The group now consists of ten brigades, including 9 CFS, and one National Parks brigade.
