Replacement appliances for Kangaroo Island

Five 34 appliances have been delivered to Kangaroo Island, to replace five existing 34 appliances. The five appliances are additional to brigade appliances, and are used as spares, and as an immediate resource for crews from the mainland, in the event of a major fire. All five appliances were previously in service at various brigades around the state. All are based on a Hino GT175 chassis.
