Standard Appliance Stowage
Standard pieces of equipment on CFS Appliances
CFS has developed a list of "Standard stowage" for the different types of
appliances - that is the minimum equipment required on an appliance, but will
vary depending upon the type of appliance.
Additional equipment may be added to the appliance, depending upon local
brigade or group requirements, and the requirement for carrying specialist
equipment, such as Breathing Apparatus, Hazmat, Road Crash Rescue, rope rescue
and more.
